Resolving Conflict With Coworkers

This course guides you through resolving conflicts with coworkers to achieve positive outcomes. You’ll discover why workplace conflict can actually be a good thing, how to have a difficult conversation, and how to seek help when progress is at a standstill, or you’re dealing with a difficult coworker.

On completion of the course, you will be able to:

• Identify common causes of workplace conflict and the different ways people typically respond to it
• Explain how conflict can be constructive when it is handled effectively and respectfully
• Understand appropriate conflict-resolution approaches for different workplace situations.
• Outline how to prepare for and conduct a difficult conversation using a clear step-by-step process.
• Determine when an issue should be escalated and select an appropriate escalation approach, including urgent escalation when needed.

Learners must pass a multiple-choice assessment to receive a certificate recognising completion of this awareness course. 

This is a non-accredited course. It does not result in a formal qualification. A Certificate of Completion is awarded upon successful passing of the assessment.
