Day 2: Safety Conversations, Risk & Engagement
- Leading Safety Conversations and Coaching Techniques
- Risk Assessments – Planned vs Actual Work
- Positive Safety Observations and Feedback
- Delivering Effective Toolbox Talks
- Using Stop Work Authority and Escalation Pathways
Day 3: Wellbeing, Metrics & Action Planning
- Understanding Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work
- Creating a Supportive, Inclusive Health, Safety and Wellbeing Culture
- Using Leading and Lagging Indicators for Improvement
- Building Accountability in Safety Leadership
- Developing a Personal Health, Safety and Wellbeing Leadership Action Plan.
Learners will receive a workbook to support the activities throughout the course to compliment the training.
Assessment
Learners will complete a 20-question online multiple-choice assessment, as well as a personal commitment based on how they will apply the learning from the course (completed during the course).
