Course overview
This course aims to help learners understand the risks associated with ladder and stepladder use and the importance of following safe working practices when working at height.
It explores legal responsibilities, common hazards, and the personal and organisational consequences of ladder-related incidents. Learners will also develop practical knowledge on inspecting, setting up, and using ladders safely, while recognising when alternative access equipment may be the safer option.
