Sean is a regulatory Partner at Pinsent Masons LLP, a global law firm. He specialises in advising clients across all sectors of industry on legal health and safety issues and defends organisations and individuals under investigation following serious work related incidents including offences of manslaughter and breaches of health and safety law. He has a particular specialism in the infrastructure sector and the application of CDM 2015. He currently represents a company director in the ongoing manslaughter investigation relating to the death of 4 workers in the Didcot power station collapse.
Sean was a founder member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association and is current President of the Construction Health and Safety Group, a construction training charity working to raise standards and promote innovation across the industry
