Introduction to Investigating Incidents is one of several short courses that is included for FREE with a British Safety Council Membership. You will receive 100 e-learning licenses each year.

Who is this course for?

  • Employees and Team Members – Anyone in the organisation who may be involved in reporting incidents or affected by the outcomes of investigations.
  • Human Resources Professionals – Those who may need to understand incident investigation processes to address workplace safety concerns and manage compliance.

This course would benefit anyone in an organisation seeking a general understanding of incident investigation to support safety, compliance, and organisational learning. This would typically be small businesses and general staff. You will enhance your understanding of how incidents are reviewed, however, it is not intended to equip you to conduct investigations independently.
