Learning outcomes

This self-paced course will raise your awareness of how to carry out a suitable and sufficient stress risk assessment. You will learn the five steps of risk assessment, how to identify workplace stressors and assess their risk, and control measures to reduce the risk of work-related stress.

  • On completion of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Identify workplace stressors
  • Evaluate risks using a risk matrix
  • Use the hierarchy of controls to reduce risks
  • Complete a risk assessment form
