We welcome you to join us on the 22nd of October 2025, for our Culture Change Masterclass in Manchester.
Our Culture Change workshop will be held in-person, at The Co-op HQ (1 Angel Square, Manchester, M60 0AG) which will be an inspiring Culture Masterclass designed to spark new thinking and fresh ideas around organisational culture.
Doors open from 9:30, with the masterclass running 10:00–13:00, followed by a lively networking lunch 13:00–14:00 where you can connect with peers and continue the conversation.
An overview of the day:
- Understand what organisational culture is and why it matters
- Recognise signs of cultural misalignment or risk
- Explore some proven frameworks for culture and climate change
- Learn what effective change services look like
- Reflect on your own organisation’s current state and readiness for change
To round off the day, there’s an optional “culture surgery” 14:00–15:00, a unique chance to dive deeper into specific challenges and gain practical advice. Expect an energising, interactive session full of insight, discussion, and takeaways you can put into action straight away.
