Pen Le Kelly is the communication and engagement manager at CPI Mortars Ltd, she is also a certified member of the Institute of Internal Communication. Pen has worked in various communication roles in both public and private sectors for over a decade, including at a large NHS Trust during the covid pandemic.
In her current role, she has been instrumental in creating a wellbeing strategy and using the Being Well Together programme to assist in identifying improvements to CPI’s wellbeing offer. Pen also chairs CPI’s colleague forum and is part of the company’s diversity and inclusion network.
In her spare time, she writes a fortnightly working well blog and enjoys taking part in a variety of sports and wellbeing activities.
