With a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial banking, after joining Metro Bank and leading the Bank's launch into Wales, Khushboo then spearheaded the Bank’s diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, company culture and colleague engagement programmes.
Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, Khushboo is a leading voice in the area and specialises in workplace culture and wellbeing. Khushboo has experience of developing and delivering various people strategies and implementing change to make for better organisations, both at regional and national levels. Her success is underpinned by the effective management and influence over internal stakeholders, including executives and senior area heads, plus collaborating with external stakeholders across private and public sectors, including regulators, to ensure sustainable change.
Khushboo’s efforts have seen her be named as Diversity Lead of the Year at the Women in Finance Awards 2023, and she is in The Guardian’s Top 10 Head’s of Diversity in the Global Diversity List.
