Kevin brings with him a wealth of experience in Leadership and Employee Engagement strategies. Working with RyderMarsh OCAID behavioural safety consultancy in business and client development, he also set up Inspiration-all, a group of independent consultants challenging the status quo in all areas of leadership and business practice. 

  

Kevin has worked in corporates and start-ups, being successful in both, as well as learning from failure. Kevin presents on the impact of leadership on engagement, business performance, wellbeing and risk worldwide, including engagements in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.  

  

He spent some time in China working on behavioural risk and has lived and worked in the oilfields in the Middle East and Africa. 

He co- led research with the Task Action Group (TAG) on Sustainability and Engagement (CSR) for the Governments ‘Engage for Success’ Task force at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. 

  

Kevin speaks at conference for the likes of the Institute of Directors, British Safety Council, IOSH and The International Institute of Risk and Safety Management, positioning A Culture of Caring as a strategic tool. Kevin has recently published an Organisational Improvement Framework based on Leadership, Engagement and Wellbeing (with Nigel Girling –Government’s Engage for Success Task Force, and previous government advisor on performance). The framework shows how we must now look at an integrated approach to business in a a world which enables people to collaborate, where people aren’t just valued but see themselves as valuable, doing work that is worthwhile, fulfilling and for the greater good 

Kevin attained his CMI level 7 qualification in strategic management and leadership at the National Centre for Strategic Leadership, led by Nigel.
