Hi I am Carole, and I am based in York, UK. My area of expertise is in health, safety and wellbeing. With a keen interest in human behaviour, my work focuses on exploring the intricate relationship between work, workplace culture, and their profound impact on people’s lived experiences, personal growth, physical health, happiness and wellbeing.
Over my career I have continued to be inspired and deeply committed to meaningful change and growth, supporting businesses and people in creating environments to flourish. To be part of a company that champions its values and lives by them is an important foundation. As a consultant and trainer, I have worked with a wide range of organisations and encountered an eclectic mix of leadership styles and workplace cultures—some inspiring and some challenging. These experiences have driven my passion toward better understanding how leadership, teams, cultures and external factors influence the world of work, and people's lived experiences.
Beyond my professional life, I enjoy travelling and exploring new places, learning about the social and economic history of places, including how cultures can change over time. In addition to travel, I spend time walking in the hills, playing tennis, going to the gym, listening to a good podcast and reading.
