This Legal Assurance Review has been conducted in accordance with the British Safety Council standard methodology as part of legal assurance review product. It does not constitute a legal compliance audit. The review provides a structured assessment of legal duty identification and company standards (Stages 1–2), supplemented by sampled validation of implementation and competence (Stages 3–4) across a limited, mutually agreed selection of legal themes and activities.
This review is intended to provide assurance and should not be relied upon as confirmation of overall legal compliance. British Safety Council recommends that clients maintain their own ongoing legal compliance monitoring arrangements independent of this review.
