Brief description of the role
We are looking for a Digital Learning Support Specialist to join our growing Digital Learning team. You will be the first point of contact for customers using our digital learning platforms, providing friendly, knowledgeable support and helping resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. Whether you are troubleshooting alongside a client over Microsoft Teams or responding to support requests, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.
This role goes beyond day-to-day support. You will help improve how we deliver digital learning by maintaining knowledge articles and FAQs, carrying out quality assurance checks on learning content, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and supporting the development and enhancement of our Learning Management Systems. What we are looking for
- At least two yearsβ experience in a Learning Management System technical support or quality assurance role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a logical approach to resolving technical issues.
- Knowledge of digital learning software, products and Learning Management Systems.
- Excellent customer service, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and experience carrying out quality assurance checks.
- Experience using CRM and ticketing or support desk systems.
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and a willingness to support continuous improvement.
- Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce Service Cloud would be desirable.
