Brief description of the role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Learning Project & Production Manager to lead the delivery of an ambitious 18-month e-learning programme, significantly expanding our digital learning portfolio.
You must be confident using Articulate Rise and Storyline to develop e-learning and support other developers. You will own project delivery, coordinating multiple workstreams, priorities, and the development team to ensure high-quality digital learning is delivered effectively and on time. Alongside strong project management experience, you will bring hands-on digital learning expertise and a passion for improving how learning is designed and produced. You will play an important role in improving our production model, helping us work smarter, increase capacity and create a more efficient and scalable approach to digital learning.

What we are looking for
Essential
- Strong project management experience within digital or e-learning, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, deadlines, deliverables, risks and dependencies.
- Extensive instructional and learning design experience, with a strong eye for design and visual quality.
- Hands-on experience using Articulate 360, particularly Rise and Storyline.
- Experience coordinating or leading digital learning developers or production teams.
- Strong quality assurance skills, with the ability to identify and resolve instructional, content, technical and accessibility issues.
- Experience improving digital learning production processes, identifying efficiencies, removing bottlenecks and reducing unnecessary rework.
- Experience using generative AI tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows and support digital learning development.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high-quality outputs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong writing and creative writing skills.
- Experience maintaining accurate project documentation, following structured processes and working independently in a remote environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365.
Desirable
- Knowledge of accessibility/WCAG.
- Familiarity with SCORM.
- Graphic design and/or video creation experience.
- Experience contributing to or reviewing web copy and project documentation.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Experience of CPD accreditation processes.
- Experience with project tracking and web copy requirements.
