Permit to Work Essentials

In this course, you’ll discover the purpose of a permit to work, what it typically includes, and how it helps manage high-risk tasks. You’ll also learn who is responsible for issuing, accepting, and monitoring permits.

On completion, learners will be able to:

• Understand the purpose of a permit to work and its typical contents.
• Identify the roles and responsibilities of the individuals involved in implementing the Permit To Work (PTW) system.
• Identify the common uses of a permit to work at your workplace.

Learners must pass a multiple-choice assessment to receive a certificate recognising completion of this awareness course.

This is a non-accredited course. It does not result in a formal qualification. A Certificate of Completion is awarded upon successful passing of the assessment.
