What specific results have you seen since using our products and services?
Since implementing your health and safety services, we’ve seen a significant improvement in both compliance, inclusivity and workplace safety. After completing the audit in 2024 and achieving a grade of 2 stars we created an action plan to be completed across YR24/25, we implemented proactive risk assessments, processes and shifted the safety focus within the leadership team. We also increased training within the workforce, and our teams are now more confident in identifying hazards and taking preventative measures, which has led to improved overall safety culture. Additionally, the support with documentation and audits has streamlined our processes, making it easier to meet legal obligations and pass inspections with confidence.

The services from the British Safety Council have provided us with the guidance, tools, and confidence to strengthen our health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental practices. It has helped us improve compliance and assisted us in embedding a culture were recognising not just safety, but employees health is part of our everyday operations. This has not only improved our standards but also empowered our team to take ownership in maintaining them. Our auditor was very knowledgeable.
