Avoiding Slips and Trips is one of several short courses that is included for FREE with a British Safety Council Membership. You will receive 100 e-learning licenses each year.

Course overview

This course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to recognise hazards related to slips, trips, and ground-level falls and to apply simple yet effective strategies that foster a positive, healthy approach to preventing such incidents. This will ultimately contribute to creating a safer and healthier work environment.

The course takes 30-40 minutes and includes a range of e-Learning interactions and knowledge checks. Learners are encouraged to think about policies and procedures in their own workplace and must pass a short multiple-choice assessment to complete the course.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
