Course overview

This course offers an introduction to the key legal duties and application of the CDM Regulations to provide an awareness of how to consider and ensure the health and safety of all persons affected by a project.

Learning outcomes

On completion of this course, learners will be able to:

  1. Identify the different types of work which fall under the CDM regulations
  2. Determine when a construction project is notifiable to the HSE
  3. Identify the different duty holders and their duties
