Is my LMS compatible with British Safety Council courses?
Our courses are designed to work with any LMS that supports SCORM 1.2. If your LMS supports xAPI, we can also provide xAPI packages upon request. Access our Compatibility Test to verify whether your LMS is compatible.
How do I enable third-party cookies for SCORM Cloud?
SCORM Cloud requires third-party cookies to function correctly. To enable them:

How is learner progress tracked?
Your LMS will track learner progress as it would for a normal SCORM activity. Additionally, we have access to this data and can assist with tracking and reporting if needed.
What kind of reporting and learner tracking is available?
Our SCORM courses offer standard LMS tracking and reporting features, including course completion, progress tracking, and assessment scores. We also provide details on the data we collect when using our SCORM Cloud delivery in our Data Collection and Analysis for British Safety Council’s Licensed SCORM Cloud Content document, which is available upon request.
Who do I contact if I experience technical issues with the SCORM package?
If you encounter any issues, please contact your BSC Account Manager or Digital Learning support directly. We will assist you with troubleshooting and resolving any problems related to SCORM Cloud delivery.
Can my learners PPI (Personal Identifiable Information) be encrypted?
We have the ability to make all user names and IDs obfuscated in the database and in all reports with a one-way hash. When this feature is enabled, the learner's PII (learner ID, first name, last name) are hashed in the client browser before being sent to the SCORM Cloud servers. Should this be a requirement for your organisation, please let your Account Manager know as this is not enabled by default, and in some instances where that information is required by us, it will not be enabled.
What should I do if my LMS doesn’t support SCORM?
If your LMS does not support SCORM, please contact us to discuss alternative delivery options, such as xAPI.
How do I get started with hosting British Safety Council courses in my LMS?

Can our learners get a BSC Certificate when completing a course?
