At the end of November, we were delighted to host our Sword, Globe and Shield of Honour Luncheon - welcoming many international winners to London to celebrate. The 2023 awards mark the 44th consecutive year in which British Safety Council has awarded the Sword of Honour for health, safety and wellbeing management excellence and the 12th year of awarding the Globe of Honour for excellence in environmental management. It is the first time we awarded the Shield of Honour for wellbeing. The annual Sword, Globe and Shield of Honour Luncheon is about more than health, safety, wellbeing and environmental excellence though; as it brings together hundreds of like-minded leaders in these sectors.
