Richard Talbot is the Health and Safety Lead responsible for employer health and safety for Newport City Homes, one of the largest social housing providers in Wales. The wellbeing approach within the association was established in collaboration between the health and safety team, people team and the diversity and inclusion business partner. Richard is neurodivergent and was only referred for diagnostic assessment for autism as an adult.
