Neil has worked in both the Operational & Vendor management sides of the business before moving into managing safety in the Warehouse. He firmly believes that we should support and protect employees Wellbeing and Mental Health in exactly the same way that we have with physical safety.
Neil is also passionate about decoding the language of Mental Health to reach the widest audience in its simplest, most understandable way. He works hard with his local team of Mental Health First Aiders & Wellbeing Champions to make his place of work a “safe place” for everyone.
