Mental health training programmes

According to a Business in the Community report, 60% of employees have experienced a mental health problem due to work and 31% have been formally diagnosed with a mental health issue. Our new mental health training programmes are designed to start conversations about mental health and support employees who are experiencing mental ill-health.

Watch our bite-sized learning video we've created for 2018 Mental Health Awareness Week.

Why should you invest in mental health training?

  • To get people talking about mental health
  • To address the stigma associated with mental ill-health
  • To reduce the costs associated with mental ill-health.
