About the role
We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This hands-on, varied role will play a key part in delivering impactful marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our products, services, and thought leadership. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Events, the Marketing Manager will manage multi-channel campaigns, lead product launches, and work collaboratively across teams to support organisational objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4–5 years’ marketing experience in a service-based environment
- Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within a B2B or not-for-profit setting
- Strong working knowledge of various social media marketing technologies
- A solid understanding of customer segmentation and market dynamics
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
