Role Overview

As a global leader in occupational health, safety, and wellbeing, we continue to evolve, expanding our services to include innovative wellbeing consultancy and audit solutions that support organisations in creating positive working environments.

We are now seeking an experienced Wellbeing, Health, and Safety Auditor and Consultant based in the UK, with a willingness to travel and work internationally, to support our clients in upholding the highest standards of workplace wellbeing, health and safety. In this key role, you will work directly with organisations, helping them achieve best practice through our recognised audit frameworks and consultancy services. Your expertise will empower businesses to protect and enhance the wellbeing of their people. As a trusted advisor, you will:

  • Deliver health, safety, and wellbeing audits and consultancy services to clients across the UK.
  • Support the development, quality assurance, and growth of our wellbeing, health and safety audit and consultancy portfolio.
  • Contribute to product innovation and the ongoing improvement of audit tools to ensure accuracy and effectiveness, as well as provide technical guidance to our sales team, enabling them to offer the right wellbeing solutions to meet client needs.

Essential skills and experience required

  • NEBOSH Diploma (or an equivalent qualification) in Occupational Health and Safety, NVQ Level 6, or a first or postgraduate degree in health and safety or a related field.
  • Auditor qualification, preferably in ISO 45001, 9001 or 14001
  • Experience in undertaking either internal or external Health and Safety auditing
  • A minimum Chartered Member of IOSH
  • Proven experience in wellbeing, and/or Health and Safety preferably in a workplace setting e.g. Utilities, Government, Healthcare, Infrastructure or Oil & Gas.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and wellbeing best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for wellbeing and safety.
