About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Marketing Transformation Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract to lead a key period of change. This role will support the delivery of the ‘Make it Better’ (MiB) transformation project and broader organisational goals by leading on marketing strategy, planning, systems, and data-led decision-making.
The role holder will be responsible for reviewing and improving marketing processes, supporting the integration and use of Salesforce, driving marketing automation, and ensuring our campaigns and reporting are aligned with strategic business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how marketing drives impact and innovation at the British Safety Council.
Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone who brings strategic thinking and technical confidence, with a strong understanding of marketing systems and transformation. The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrable experience leading and delivering marketing transformation projects or programmes.
- Strong experience using Salesforce (Lightning) and acting as a superuser or lead for training and support.
- Proven ability to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns that achieve commercial and engagement goals.
- Excellent knowledge of CRM platforms, data management, marketing automation and customer segmentation.
- Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to audit and redesign processes to drive efficiency and improve customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with internal reporting and presentation to senior stakeholders.
