He specialises in the design, implementation and management of strategic workplace health, safety and wellbeing programmes - including the development of relevant interventions, from optimisation of support infrastructures to leadership development.

Previously, Stephen was Head of Programme for British Safety Council's award-winning sister mental wellbeing charity Mates in Mind.
