Stress Awareness and Management courses
Almost half of working days lost due to ill health and injury are today attributed to stress, depression and anxiety – an increase of 40 per cent when compared in 2020 to 2019. We offer stress courses for both employees and line managers, helping them identify, manage and reduce their own stress levels or those of their team.
What is it?
Our stress awareness and management courses are based online and have been developed with award winning mental-wellbeing charity Mates in Mind.
We have separate courses for employees and managers. The employee Stress Awareness course helps employees identify, manage and reduce stress. The Managing Stress within your Team course is designed for managers, to help them identify pressures their teams might face and become more aware of their own actions and behaviours, reducing stress within their team.
Who is it for?
Our stress awareness and management courses are appropriate for any worker, although we have separate courses for employees and managers. The management course is appropriate for managers with wellbeing responsibilities.
