Q: How can I get the Learning Zone app?

Q: I can't get the app to work. What do I do?

A: To use the app, you need to have a Learning Zone account and be registered on one or more of our courses.

If you are a registered user on the Learning Zone, and your courses aren’t showing in the app, contact us using the details above or clicking the button at the bottom of the page.

Q: I can't find my course(s) on the app

A: If you are a registered user on the Learning Zone, and your courses are not showing in the app, contact us using the details above or clicking the button at the bottom of the page. 

Q: Why can’t I upload my assignment on the app?

A: If you are a registered user on the Learning Zone, and you're unable to upload your assignment in the app, contact us using the details above or clicking the button at the bottom of the page.

Q: How do I download courses and activities?

A: Activities are automatically downloaded when they are undertaken. Alternatively, if you wish to download activities in advance, click on the download icon.

Q: How do I synchronise offline activities with my account?

A: Offline activities synchronise automatically when you access the app while connected to the internet.
