Sector interest groups

At the British Safety Council, we recognise that our strength is our members.

We have a number of sector interest groups that meet on a regular basis (up to four times a year) to discuss key issues and challenges relating to health, safety and environmental management in their sectors. These meetings are an opportunity for our members to share views and opinions on government policy, get involved in campaigns and initiatives, discuss good practice and new research, and support our ongoing work to promote good health and safety as part of a sustainable and successful business agenda.

Participants are typically senior directors and middle managers with responsibilities for health, safety, environment, risk and quality. Meetings take place at our Hammersmith offices as well as on site at member organisations across the UK.

Currently, we have the following sector interest groups: To find out more please contact
