The opening address will be given by the Director of Policy Standards and Communication, Louise Ward. Louise will be followed by expert speakers from organisations such as, the Health and Safety Executive, well respected law firm Pinsent Masons and the NHS. They will share best practice and specialist knowledge; increasing your awareness of the health, safety, personal safety and wellbeing risks to lone and vulnerable workers in a variety of sectors. In the afternoon the event offers an opportunity to get involved with practical workshops and ‘Ask the Experts’ sessions.
Whether you need to understand your legal obligations for managing lone and vulnerable workers or want practical advice on how to minimise risks using training and technology, this event is the perfect place to gain valuable information and guidance.
Numbers are limited, but members of the British Safety Council and those from charities are entitled to a special discounted delegate fee. Visit the website at www.loneworkersafetyexpo.com for more details and to register whilst spaces are still available.
