Nathan Baker, Chief Executive Officer, IOM Group
Nathan joined Institute of Occupational Medicine (IOM) from the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) where, as part of the executive team, he drove the transformation of the Institution’s purpose to refocus on delivering social value through the sharing of knowledge and uniting around a common purpose.
Weaving insights from research and industry together Nathan will chair the panel. Giving a glimpse into the challenges that senior decision makers face as well as the rewards they will receive by acting now. His perspective is invaluable in supporting organisations to both deliver social value and achieve business objectives.
