The Young Health and Safety Champion of the Year should be an employee aged 16-24 who, in your opinion, has played a significant role in ensuring the health, safety and welfare of colleagues and others. The employee should NOT be a member of the health and safety team.
In being nominated for an award, the employee is agreeing to their name and photograph being used by the British Safety Council in various media channels to recognise their achievement.
Please ensure that you provide appropriate contact details to enable us to contact those shortlisted. We will require a head and shoulders photo of those successfully shortlisted for each award.
Please note this candidate must be aged between 16 and 24 years and must not be a member of the health and safety team.
