The Role

We are currently recruiting two experienced Marketing Managers to join our team in the UK. The positions are available on a permanent basis and on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. The main focus of these roles is to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that will strengthen our already strong brand, promote our new and existing products and services, generate new business leads, and increase sales revenue in key sectors and territories. The successful Marketing Manager will have;

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of marketing experience in a services environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with various social media marketing technologies.
  • Experience in managing designers, printers, branding agencies, and similar suppliers/consultants.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Clear, concise thinking and writing skills with a good eye for detail/design.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and work rapidly and flexibly.
  • Experience with Marketo, Umbraco, and Salesforce is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in a membership organisation.
