We have an exciting role for an enthusiastic Client Service Coordinator to join the team based at Hammersmith.
You will be the first point of contact for all British Safety Council customers and will assist with membership administration, chasing payments and incoming sales calls. The successful applicant’s main responsibilities will be to provide an outstanding level of customer service to both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, confident and articulate, with the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner.
This is a permanent role which will report directly to the Membership & Client Services Manager and work alongside three other Client Service Coordinators.
